Yup. It does look pretty high n voluminous. Is this the 28' x 70' unit?

It should b a 28x70. Else we would see an internal courtyard if its a 28x120.

When is VP expected?

I heard VP will be end of the year. Any pics of the 28' x 120' unit? Wonder whether they'll fence it up n build the guard house b4 then. That would be a tremendous boost to the owners in terms of sub-sale.

Btw, I was told they r changing the design n facade for the upcoming super semi-d. May be to up the selling price n test the market cause not many units available. Just like their 3 storey superlinks / semi-d. Perhaps RM3.3 to 3.5 mil?

Their soon to be launched Semi-D has huge land size with smaller built-up compared to Anggun. But design wise, Anggun takes the lead. Frankly, the new Semi-D is looking too I&P (generic & conventional).

Design can be very subjective. Tinta has I&P written all over it. Almost mistaken it as Citra wink.gif.

Yeah! It does look similarly close to Temasya Citra 28' x 120'. But not too bad nonetheless. Safe design

Finishing is pretty top notch except the staircase railing, which could use more modern design with glasses instead of pure steel. Otherwise, excellent all round with fantastic ceiling heights too.

Railing is an easy fix. Some projects elsewhere need buyers to redo quite a lot upon VP.

Quality of the finishing & worksmanship really differentiates good developers from the rest.

Is there any wonder why Temasya's hot? wink.gif

Design not as gorgeous as Anggun's. But much bigger land area.
