What they do is to submit multiple names and multiple cheques. Maybe if you submit 10 names then statistically speaking your chances will be much better. Just imagine how cash rich some of these people. LOL.

One thing good about Temasya that other pricy place cannot match( place like dpc, valencia, ecopark) is the bank valution...in subsales market bank valuation always match the market price due to the big build up and land size...some even over value
