speculators with "jalan" ofcos get first pick prior to launch, not only in temasya but many other developers too. so if given a chance sure they will sapu choice units like corner, end lots, facing field, odd lots, good location, not near substation, good house numbers etc .......these people flip for a living so they are very experience to get the max out of their investments.

Wht r the cons to be near substation? It's psychological only rite? Less people favour when you wanna sell I reckon.

Wht r "odd lots" btw?

house buying for malaysian is a major commitment and ofcos you will want to get the best value so given a choice of a unit next to a substation and those away which would u buy? odd lots are those say slightly bigger units or units with 5-10ft extra land etc ie. those slightly larger built-up or larger land size compared to standard units.

Sub station not popular is becoz? I don't think it actually does harm at all. It's all psychological to me la.

Those shoplot already fully sold right? When it first started work I already call to enquire, but forever nobody pick up phone, then heard my neighbour said is fully sold.

There was huge fire in Temasya Anggun's site this morning. I wonder what happened & hope no one is hurt or no building is affected. Buyers here should ask I&P.

I know 1 transaction at 1.3Xm very early almost after launch.. 1.6m
...but hard to rule out this place bcoz there is only so much land and very soon landed will be phased out
