any news on the 3 storey citra? there r 2 lots which is stand alone,just like a bangalow!!

InP doesn't seem to wanna give too much info at this point. Was there a couple if times, didn't get much from SA at all.

i can bet you there will be very very very very very limited units if I&P is gonna give ballot for the 3storey citra. i am sure there will not be any corner lots or odd lots available, you can forget those with unit numbers like 8, 18, 28, 38 etc, all these units already sapu prior to launch. just ask anyone that went for phase 1 launch or recent phase 2 balloting.

the two rows of shop houses facing the perodua/proton showroom are nearing completion .......no news of launch but banners by agents are already up near the roadside. HMMMMMM

Price still cheaper than Desa Park City.

Houses with such numbers, do they sell at a higher sub sale price? If yes, I should factor that in to my selling price?
