Most Probably the middle upper class people is already been attracted there and the serrounding tauke tauke at glenmarie is no joke in terms of wealth...the semi d factory/ showroom price go as high as 12-13mil

Base on the latest transaction psf wise for temasya suria this will easily cos 2.5mil cos is 3 storey with lift bu around 5500sf... rclxub.gif

Built up is one thing, the land area is also quite large. But design is a bit outdated la. No news on when ballot day is?

I know there'll be an MRT station near Glenmarie but will there be future stations to other parts of Shah Alam & Klang? Any news on converting KTM tracks to MRT?

Am just asking if there r future plans to convert train service from KTM to MRT. But yes, near Temasya & Kencana will be an MRT station.

i can bet you there will be very very very very very limited units if I&P is gonna give ballot for the 3storey citra. i am sure there will not be any corner lots or odd lots available, you can forget those with unit numbers like 8, 18, 28, 38 etc, all these units already sapu prior to launch. just ask anyone that went for phase 1 launch or recent phase 2 balloting.

the two rows of shop houses facing the perodua/proton showroom are nearing completion .......no news of launch but banners by agents are already up near the roadside. HMMMMMM
