QUOTE(HouseToLive @ Oct 7 2012, 10:47 PM) Uh oh... Actually it caught my eyes too when I pass by but when I refer back to their spec sheet on the catalogue, they did mention using both clay & sand bricks tho. Just not sure which part for which type of bricks. Try checking the wall that separates each houses Nowadays, developers will use clay bricks as separating wall.

QUOTE(jeghui @ Oct 8 2012, 01:00 AM) whats the idea of using clay bricks as party wall? To prevent fire from spreading too fast. Added on October 8, 2012, 4:23 pmQUOTE(MoneyTree88 @ Oct 5 2012, 09:49 AM) the newly erected fences combi with the existing one on the sides looks so mismatch. quite unpleasing actually. Free from I&P...so no comment. This post has been edited by jimmyay: Oct 8 2012, 04:23 PM

Yup..according to an agent there last transacted 1.63m for the smallest...a whopping 120% in 2 yrs ...any place has achieve this sort of figure in such a short time? I think the only reason for the price is the high occupanccy rate thus bringing up the demand factor

I think the only reason for the price is the high occupanccy rate thus bringing up the demand factor the location, freehold, well planned future township & a good mix of bumi / non-bumi purchasers (50:50). these r factors to the massive value appreciation.
