SA is different. It is a township development, it able to attract ppl not only those from Klang, also Damansara/ Shah Alam, Subang. I know a few taikors move to SA from Old Klang Road.

Free legal fees (SPA & loan documents)
Stamp Duty (MOT & loan documents) absorbed by developer

If condo can reach 500psf wats the chances this KV fringes cango up from 300 to 400 or 500,

Houses these days. My strategy is buying landed props. Not so much on high rise.

Some observers has described the buying response to the launch as “overwhelming.”

In the last two weeks of March, the group has launched 154 units of Citra double-storey superlink and 60 units of Anggun double-storey semi-detached homes at the 200-acre Temasya Glenmarie mixed development.

About 90% of Citra has been sold, while Anggun recorded 100% take-up rate.


If phase 1 G&G successfully implemented, how much appreciation you think the property gonna get? 20%? 30%?
