thumbup.gif if you were to notice, some people whom is "inclined" to a certain housing scheme will try to bring down another competitor's scheme whenever some hiccups or unfortunate event occurs. i normally just ignore these postings..

Yeah i should heed ur advice. Ignore stupid postings. PNB (GLC) not making money?? Then why the heck ppl are scrambling to get the ASW2020 or AS1M and became oversubscribed?

A cool list of tenants... Looking good. I believe a shopping mall should open with major tenants all in. Should not rush and open for the sake of opening with half filled tenants. Great outlook in SP Setia..

PNB will not making money if use the fair playing rules.

Building DUKE , SUKE and got special license from Govt to monopoly this and that and financial assitant from govt / special loan rate to do this and that sure make money la.

Let the competition kick in. I am sure PNB will die. Why? not capable person running it just like those Mas, Proton, TNB, KTM and the list goes on.

Place is interesting to stay. Is a very nice sat and sun outing, u can go jog around the park, u can go club house which under construction, u can go gym at Setia Mall.
Regret not taking the 20 70 last time. I am busy looking for upgrade....
