I hope they build it along the Federal Highway, instead of next to the new houses.

The Kelana Jaya LRT extension is already running on Federal Highway to the Subang Jaya Station. Kencana Square will have a link bridge to the station. For LRT 3, I think it should be along Glenmarie.

I just checked out Temasya Sinar (28x110). The 3 bedroom upstair size is very good unlike the Citra (28x120) which is so small.

When you are facing Empire, the Citra will be on the right and Sinar on the left. It is in between Saujana O-lot and Temasya Semi-D. There are few rows of 28x110 units. Bigger car porch(4 cars) with smaller built up...compared to Citra.

An LRT station could be built just beside Sinar.

Interested as well to learn where the proposed LRT 3 station in Temasya Glenmarie would be.
Any updates on sinar? when is the completion date?

Edit: I heard the route will indeed pass through persiaran kerjaya, and the proposed station will be somewhere near hicom-glenmarie industrial park. i hope this is true.

Seems like Temasya Glenmarie would be a well connected Taman. For LRT Kelana Jaya current Extension, the station of Stadium MPBJ and Subang Parade, both within a short distance. With the LRT 3, another station potentially earmarked nearby.

Subang Parade LRT and KTM station would be integrated through Sime SJCC project.

With Kencana UOA project, Temasya will be connected to SJ station via a link bridge.

No wonder this place is sky high in price now.

i was wondering where is this station stadium mpbj until i have a look at wikimapia, this is one of the few with park and ride facilities.

For the LRT3, Hicom industrial park will be the suitable place, so many workers around that area, and also the upcoming KDU Universiti will be there.

But if they build it along the Federal Highway won't there be a better integration of the lines, and easy access to other lines.

Where can we find out about the proposed alignment? I thought they have to consult the residents and people affected before it is built. I have tried checking SPAD's website but no information. I only found some news about the shop keepers in Klang complaining about the LRT3 affecting their pre war shops.

Here is a simple layout of Temasya area. I get some info from Iproperty. Go google map and look for Jalan Askar U1/56.

There was a BRT was proposal to run along Federal Highway from Klang to Sentral with an integration to the Subang Jaya LRT station. smile.gif If this happens, another plus point to this location.

Looking at Persiaran Kerjaya, I doubt it has enuf space for tracks. Chances r higher tht the tracks run along Fed High. But u'll never know for sure the way of planning things here hehehee... The Glenmarie station is however should be somewhere near the turn in to Glenmarie from Subang Airport Rd (oposite GBC) which is consider quite close to the new InP Semi-D and Superlinks.

Was told the last phase of link house 28 x 110 will be launched at RM2M..Ballot also. Is it true? Then isn't it better to buy ready Citra 28x120 which also RM2M.
