Can share why would people buy 120ft long house for? There is no extra rooms, only empty space in the middle, probably hv to spend extra bucks to do renovation later. Also family size nowadays is quite small liao

Next to Temasya Suria is the 2nd phase of superlinks 28' x 70', 28' x 120' & 56' x 52' called Temasya Citra. The development will be F & G upon VP. Some units are going for sale now before handover.

They had put up the anti-climb fence. But..It is too low, and those pillar, hedges, just made it easier to climb & jump in...

O-Lot got special 250k rebate now. SPA to be signed at 3 mil. Seems like quite a bargain considering Citra is going for 2.3 mil & above.

I just checked out Temasya Sinar (28x110). The 3 bedroom upstair size is very good unlike the Citra (28x120) which is so small.

That is the point, you need to drive out of the area like you mentioned to Subang and Ara Damansara and not within the are itself. I have a friend who says he feels tired having to go to neighbouring area every time he wants to eat Chinese Food or buy groceries with more varieties. Going to Ara is 5 mins but going back to Temasya needs to make a big round at Federal Highway to get back as there is no direct link.

if you want to stay in a quiet area, houses with big build-up and low low density. you can't expect a giant mall or rows of shophouses smack in the middle. different people look for different criteria to find their dream home, some may not mind sacrificing having to drive a couple of minutes to get their groceries or meal. anyway can look elsewhere, no such thing as perfect location.
