I hope they build it along the Federal Highway, instead of next to the new houses.

The Kelana Jaya LRT extension is already running on Federal Highway to the Subang Jaya Station. Kencana Square will have a link bridge to the station. For LRT 3, I think it should be along Glenmarie.

Interested as well to learn where the proposed LRT 3 station in Temasya Glenmarie would be.
Any updates on sinar? when is the completion date?

Edit: I heard the route will indeed pass through persiaran kerjaya, and the proposed station will be somewhere near hicom-glenmarie industrial park. i hope this is true.

Seems like Temasya Glenmarie would be a well connected Taman. For LRT Kelana Jaya current Extension, the station of Stadium MPBJ and Subang Parade, both within a short distance. With the LRT 3, another station potentially earmarked nearby.

Subang Parade LRT and KTM station would be integrated through Sime SJCC project.

With Kencana UOA project, Temasya will be connected to SJ station via a link bridge.

No wonder this place is sky high in price now.

But if they build it along the Federal Highway won't there be a better integration of the lines, and easy access to other lines.

Where can we find out about the proposed alignment? I thought they have to consult the residents and people affected before it is built. I have tried checking SPAD's website but no information. I only found some news about the shop keepers in Klang complaining about the LRT3 affecting their pre war shops.

There was a BRT was proposal to run along Federal Highway from Klang to Sentral with an integration to the Subang Jaya LRT station. smile.gif If this happens, another plus point to this location.

Already launched > RM2 mil with built up approx 3,700 sf but take up rate is not really good. Market is really soft.
Anyway, citra 28' x 120' latest transaction was at RM2.4 mil for intermediate unit facing the playground. May still be a better bet for own stay cause Sinar may or may not be G & G

Was told non bumi unit habis? Soft? sad.gif

Not much leftover for Sinar 2 from what I heard.
This is indeed the last super link, in Temasya, we're not talking about Laman.
Yes Laman is cheaper, you get what you pay for.

Sounds like Citra is a better buy for own stay though it is subsale.
