Mybe your phone is an old stack coz normally start from April '09 there are new stock with light leakage and earpiece problem fixed. Why don't u check the lifetimer or look at the sticker with month and year warranty.

i tried to do *#0000# on my phone and this is what i got.

What it mean by "Custom version"? Does it mean that i have custom firmware?. Mine is APAC2 Black South Asia version. Can i use the APAC1 FW update on my phone?. How to do it safely? just using the automatic NSU and let the software detect my phone for any available update?

i dun think so. i myself is also looking for that application.
the best way for now is to put your notes into the calender.

wanna ask you guys 1 question. is it okay to put my phone under high heat?? like parking your car under the hot sun then putting your phone on the dash board. i did this a few times coz i was in the rush then upon reaching my destination i took my phone. my god it was very hot.

settings > application manager > installed apps

highlight the game. click options > suite settings > on-screen keyboard

Check your product code, if different from this

you should be able to update to new firmware,
custom version is nothing actually, different region has different custome code, that's all.

google on how to change product code, good luck.

im having this problem lately on my tube,whenever i tried to view picture in the gallery,it just wont come out,no picture. i dont have any large movie or files in my memory card. anyone can help? im using v21. thanx

I have an issue on my borther in law set 5800 which he brought on 23/07/09, last week i did update firmware through FOTA to V30 and did hard reset. Guess what, the phone restart many times and screen got green, red & blue lines appeared in screen. I send to NCC (Berjaya Plaza) to check. They said something wrong in firmware, so i leave i there for them to check, asked me to come after 2 hrs. Later when i collected the set in evening, they have change LCD module & reflashed V30 firmware. It was quite ok & steady firmware last couple of days, I did encounter same problem last friday whereby the phone restarted itself and went dead. I tried to switch on again & again, but still there same problem. So i did sent to NCC, they said that they need to check again why this thing happen and let me know on the status. They also said they will change the LCD module again and check. If the same problem arise, they will change the mother board. If that the case, do i entitle to change to new set since just over few week from date of purchase?

Same problem with me.. but i just pull out the battery, just for 1 minute...
and then insert again the battery, then turn on.. everything go fine.. so weird...

take out ur memory card and try again.

now I'm getting bored and fed up with the sign & unsigned thingy...really leceh la to sign the apps...whats the purpose to do that? If i can't find how to solve this problem then will be back to WM la..

2. restore and download OVI store .
3. Registed OVi store and download free programs from there.

It's actually quite easy. After you obtain your phone dev cert, you can sign any applications with just a few click that's all. you have to learn new stuff. Not by giving up.

I were in your shoes few days ago, currently waiting for my dev cert and key . Once I get it, voila here I come. Signing of the apps was actually implemented in S60v3 onwards to prevent unauthorized programs.
