Updated to 2233 firmwware.

Just a brief testing I did only. Haven't played around further. I dread what I might find further  biggrin.gif . Can't revert back to original firmware as it would require reformatting the HD doh.gif

From my observation old playlist becomes "invalid file", usually cause by a corrupted FAT. I use the windows scandisk to fix it.

No lah, just used the player to delete then recreate playlist again, no problems. Straight forward, no need to use PC.

Don't so shock lah. When upgrade to ver 2233, it's using new SDK ver2 so can't revert to old firmware without reformatting.

I think BDISO got support, but not fully support. Someone said no scene selection etc. I don't have ISO to test though.

Look at post No. 1563, item 10.

10) Add BD-ISO playback (more BD-ISO functions in development)

Might be i am using the wrong method to play. Usually there will be lots of mt2s files inside the stream folder. How should i play in order to get the menu since it already support bd-iso?

who cares if it's user friendly or not, the main thing is getting the job done..

either you can play BDiso exactly like it should when you pop in a BD player or you can't.. and all realteks in this current generation cant... so how user friendly also no use..

(anyway realteks are not user friendly, the menu is quite awkward anyway)

Sooner or later need to install new firmware because of the extras smile.gif . If need to revert back can install new blank HD and then revert to old firmware (I think). After that transfer the 1.5TB contents to new HD.

Sorry bro. I try but still not successful. The BD-ISO file is it same like DVD-ISO? Currently while i want to open my blu-ray rips files i will need to go to the BDMV folder then pick the Stream folder and inside the Stream folder there will be lots of M2TS files. Sometime, the largest M2TS file will be at the top of the list but some will be placed at the 3rd or 5th of the list. Everytime i will need to check from the preview the largest file in order to play the movie. After update to this firmware, still the same. Another thing, is it only Tivx can play all those BD-ISO menu like blu-ray?
