TVIX doesn't do what C-200 does.. (it's just doing what realtek is doing but adding a layer of BDlite simplistic basic menu and ability to bitstream the HD audio) while C-200 actually understands all the files in a BD-iso and it's java menus as well..
so if you thinking of TVix because it does more than Acryan, then ok but it's still isn't a properly functional "BD"player..

who cares if it's user friendly or not, the main thing is getting the job done..

either you can play BDiso exactly like it should when you pop in a BD player or you can't.. and all realteks in this current generation cant... so how user friendly also no use..

(anyway realteks are not user friendly, the menu is quite awkward anyway)

Hi Bro, I think you have not seen TViX UI. It is the easiest UI among all the players. You can go to The Hub to see the demo then you can command. At least I got 2, TViX and ACR. brows.gif

no matter how complex or problematic the C-200 is, it's still the cheapest one (beside HTPC) to be able to load BD-iso/BDMV like this..

user posted image

so no point comparing realtek and TVIX in the same category as C-200/dune.. cos it isn't..

cheers.. icon_rolleyes.gif laugh.gif tongue.gif

Actually 2 models Hybride player, C-200 and HDI BD Prime 3.0 both got serious problem now. Pls read below links for HDI BD Prime 3.0:
http://www.mpcclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21843

And the C-200 review below. MPC Club not even give any star because the firmware still not ready for users. Download review file:
http://www.mpcclub.com/forum/links/showlin...ew_pch_c200.pdf
So, Hi-Jack is fair enough for all players becasue he will re-edit once the C-200 firmware more mature. Until then, ACR is quite a good player compare to C-200, i mean it is worthy compare to price... thumbup.gif

I was refering to TVIX 6500/7000 leh..... 6600... this one can do everything the 6500 can do? bitstream all the HD audio trueHD and DTS-MA?

as for ACR compare to C-200, sorry but it's not in the same class .. please make it load BDJ and full access to BD features and then tell me about it... (best in basic class still cannot do what the buggy BDJ class players can do)

Err, then you still not experience the UI for M6600. Pls go to The Hub see the demo then u may change yr view. Hmm, HD audio pass thru not yet ready but sure they will make it. A boy said, according to the local distributor. But the HD audio downmix is ok oledi.

Well, for ACR, do I say compare to the price? I do not say compare to the features wor, Bro.... hmm.gif

I understand that loading of BD java menus will be taking lots of loading times. What i mean is a basic menu support will do. If really want the full function for blu-ray support, perhaps can consider oppo-bd83. Currently what player produce the best of AQ? AC Ryan? Xtreamer? Dvico or Popcorn?

oppo can't play BD-iso.. ?? how come bring this into picture?

as for basic menu support... I think the 6500/7000 would have the best support for this category.. but it's still guessing the largest M2ts file for 1st file playback.. dun expect some BDs to play from start...

seriously pay so much for the M6600 just to have nice UI? but it can't do even 50% of what Dune and C-200 (with buggy menu) in the same 1k+ price range can do?
it's weird logic..

C200 still have lot of bugs as i read it from other forum or review. Lots of forumer said they would just stay for using A110 instead of upgrade to C200. Any idea where can i find those player? I am afraid will KENA TAX if import from SG.... As for Oppo BD83, a friend of mine had test it out and understand that it can play MKV smoothly. Who know it might can play BD-ISO through firmware update in future. PQ and AQ wise it should be superb.

Not speak highly of anything but reminding ppl if use the right tools for the job. using mkv player to play back bdiso is halfbaked. As for me not getting one, well exploring ways to get it soon.
