Any idea how much is the cheapest cost to upgrade to 4GB/500GB by myself?
Also will warranty void if i open the case?
*
4gb ram is around rm220 and 500gb hdd u can get at rm200.. estimation only, dont really know the current price.
the upgrade can be done by urself, warranty will not void so dont worry.. and also it's quite easy to do the upgrades.

dude what i meant was flash itself is the problem,it hears up the machine fast but it might be the only problem that heat up your mac there might be other things like proper heat ventilation for example, and other methods to lower the heat down i think 60-75 celcius is normal,i can still place my mac on my bare thighs,if it was a pc i might get a second degree burn no kidding

Just one question ... I recently got my MBP 13" ... and i was casually cruising the Apple website when i saw tonnes of firmware updates for my MBP ... I've also recently upgraded the OS to SL ... so my question being ... do I still need to download all those firmware update and patch up my MBP? Or all those issues have already been addressed in SL???

upgrading hdd for current macbooks (and pros) doesnt void the warranty. if the so-called technician said it does, he's wrong.

Use AppleSac make MacBook dent? Cannot be. Unless you bump the thing real hard into something. Use either one. If you are very OCD about it. I suggest both at the same time. Speck See-Thru Case and an Incase Sleeve perhaps? AppleSac can just fit a naked MacBook.

but that texture style is stick on sticker, isn't it going to hurt if you want to take it off later ?
