Have anyone in Kuching receive their Iphone yet? They told me to wait 2-3 weeks but till now still havent receive any calls from them yet.

i order a 16gb white from switch@spring mall Kuching. Waited for 39 fking days..... still haven get my phone they tell me to wait another month wor...... i F them but they say F them also no use, it is maxis problem not theirs. later on i call maxis helpline and F the operator.... in the end still did not get my Fking answer...... very sien right now. want to F people but dunno who to F....

Im just 1 day earlier then u. Book mine at Maxis center, and when the time i made my payment the counter gal said wait 1 month wo. Until now i yet get any call nor sms from Maxis yet.

I don't think they have called you. It is more like a convenient tactic whereby they just notify you over sms so that you cannot 'retaliate' with your feedback and they are not obligated to take down your complaints and file it down. In chinese's saying, kill first... think later. Or a preemptive attack.

may b commencing soft fire at 3rd week...urge them to meet the 30days....
switch to fierce fire at 4th week....start earlier...let them no chance cover

I ordered from a MEP in Puchong. The PIC say that middle of this month got a lot of stock coming in. Everybody will get their phone by then

maxis center too far from my working place. i did not book from eritel also cos, i once bought a fake iphone on ebay, asking for their help to just verify that the phone i get is a fake,but they cannot do anything. they tell me to go to switch@spring cos all their iphones are from there. so i when there and the switch really helped me and i happen to get my money back in full amount from paypal.

switch is a MEP(maxis exclusive partner).so i think they might be the same. but day after i book the phone, a guy from maxis called and ask for my information. do you know the maxis center kuching's phone number? i might want to try call them see can help or not.

Ya, until Maxis put up an official announcement over their website there's no evidence of any delay. Just turn a deaf ear to their customer care consultant's report. Stick with the 30 days. Thats all you can do. If they delay, there's nothing more you can do.

yea.. but luckily just now received a call from Maxis that confirmed i can get it by 1-Oct.. i hope this time will be true..

I booked mine on 1 Sept at Maxis Ipoh. Heard many members here got their phone already even though u guys booked at later date.

*sigh* I feel dejected and disappointed at Maxis. I feel so excited when the 30 days have arrived, but this bulls*** message... "love" it so much... holy mother mary.
