whats is the phone number of maxis center malaysia?? me booked from sarawak at 20th aug and not yet recieved my phone, is 1800821123 the best number to complaint? i call this number yesterday and the operator tell me surely can get the phone within 2 month?? i got mad, mad.gif mad.gif i say: whats so big difference between sarawak and kl, y some of them already get their phone even they book after me, and she said that is not suppose to happen, kl site also got alot people wait more than a month, then i ask her: sure can get the phone within 2 months? she say sure, i say: wat if i dun get my phone after 2 month... guess wat she said... uh uhh.... I CANNOT GUARANTEE U THAT... WXF just now u say within 2 month, now u say no guarantee......u playing with me is it???? vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif mad.gif mad.gif after that she just keep on saying sry sry and say she will call me back asap for my status.....but i didn't receive their call untill now....

anyone here know a more effective way to complaint ???

i place a booking at the switch@spring shopping mall, the one that sell apple stuff . they say only "a few units" of iphone3gs sent to kch in this batch. my name is still far queuing at the list even i ordered on 20th of aug. next batch??? no idea......if wat he says is real then it is main maxis center problem!!! they are just fooling around with us.

Waited for 39 fking days..... still haven get my phone vmad.gif they tell me to wait another month wor...... i F them but they say F them also no use, it is maxis problem not theirs. later on i call maxis helpline and F the operator.... in the end still did not get my Fking answer...... very sien right now. want to F people but dunno who to F....

maxis center too far from my working place. i did not book from eritel also cos, i once bought a fake iphone on ebay, asking for their help to just verify that the phone i get is a fake,but they cannot do anything. they tell me to go to switch@spring cos all their iphones are from there. so i when there and the switch really helped me and i happen to get my money back in full amount from paypal.

switch is a MEP(maxis exclusive partner).so i think they might be the same. but day after i book the phone, a guy from maxis called and ask for my information. do you know the maxis center kuching's phone number? i might want to try call them see can help or not.

But the girl remain silent. doh.gif Anyways, i did shoot up another question about what if i wanna upgrade my current 16GB to 32GB. will i got the phone faster then 16GB. Knows what the girl tell? "Sir, if u would like upgrade ur current 16GB to 32GB, we would have to cancel ur current 16GB booking and placing in a new booking! Which mean, u have to wait for another 30day!" OMG! shocking.gif

on the day u book the phone, what type of statement did the maxis center kuching give to u? i only got a simple receipt(super market type) for my booking .when i called the maxis center the other day the operator say cannot check my status... what happen??!

i called the SWITCH kuching today for my reference no so tat i can use it to email or complain on maxis careline, the person there tell me he will call back to let me know. later another nice guy call me back, give me wat i want, and he said the there will be a large amount of stock coming in maybe this week or next week and my name will be on the first one on the list to collect the phone. he say i can try complain but that will not work cos they also doing the same thing, rushing the kl side every week. so i think no choice have to wait lah. hopefully no more broken promises..
