- a lot people are getting their iphone even for those that booked after me
- stop telling me that Iphone is worldwide shortage, nationwide shortage, overbook..
- if overbook, dont advertise!!!

I booked mine on 1 sept at maxis ipoh. today received a call from maxis, told me all the grandmother story of worldwide shortage la, nationwide shortage la, and main distribution point is in Klang Valley la, thats why outside Klang Valley, lower priority la. I asked what the hell... that "mother mary" told me to wait another 14 days. I was expecting to collect on 1 oct and now they are telling me this bulls***?
the official receipt mentioned collection date is 30 days from booking date. so we commit RM200 for 30 days. they can't deliver... does that mean maxis breach contract? can we sue them?
