actually i booked mine much much earlier (15th july) using the online booking system. but after filling the forms n printing out my copy

2 pay 4 the deposit i found out that i chose black color 32gb instead of the white 16gb. i went 2 maxis center 2 ask the staffs there if i

can change the color n cap they asked around n came back 2 say that "once its in the system, u cant change it". so in that case i didnt

put my money down then. only after abt a month (13th aug) i went back 2 maxis 2 book 4 a 16gb white, pay my deposit, they issue me

a receipt wit the desciption of the item i've booked. yesterday they called me 2 pick up my iphone n they said that i can only do so if i

agree 2 'stick' wit my original booking of 32gb black. i was like "wat?!? i paid money 4 the 16gb white! its handwritten on my receipt u

guys issued!" n they threw that back at me n say "its either that or we refund your deposit" "cos sir, once its in the system it cant b

changed". so anyhow i dont care lar, very malas 2 argue liao, i went 2 that maxis center 2 pick up.

oh ya. cos i booked my 16gb white in another maxis center, when they called me 2 pickup my phone, they told me that my phone is at

the maxis center which is stated in my previous iphone 32gb booking location 

i dunno abt other ppl but in my case, maxis followed the descripto in your booking down 2 the very dot. my advice is 2 check n double

check everything properly when u book 2 avoid all the hassle.

on 15th Aug, Maxis got roadshow in KLCC concourse for Iphone..i was all the while tempted to get iphone so that day go there and want to sign up the package. before i sign up, i ask the T&C on the cancellation because i heard alot of ppl have bad experiences on that part. i wanted them to give me assurance if i do not get my phone in 30days i will cancel my booking and i want to get my RM200 pre booking fee back, coz few of my friend kena cheated coz maxis promise in 30days but end up longer time to get the phone. one of the lady there name Farah give me assurance that i will guarantee get my phone in 30days because the next stock will coming b4 that and also assured me that if i dont get my phone in 30days i can cancelled my prebooking and get my RM200 back!!

so i made booking on on that day (15th Aug) ....they just gave me official receipt for RM200 pre-booking then i happily go home..after 1 week, i called up maxis because i wanted change my line to mainline from supplementary line...and i ask them about the status of the iphone...To my suprise, my name is not inside their system!! the customer service could not locate my name in the system..the customer service said i shd have another confirmation receipt when i sign up that time, which i dont get it on 15th Aug that day!   

after ding dong and that guy ask me to go back to KLCC to check the status..i purposely go there and check and my name is in the list but when i ask for confirmation receipt, they told me doesnt need as someone will call/sms/email me SOON...

few days ago, i go to KLCC to do my transfer of line because they need IC and main line user to be present, so i asked them again what is the status because in <7days is 15 Sept already and i havent received any call/sms/email from Maxis regards to my iphone...the guy said someone will call and when i said i will cancel my booking if i didnt get in 30days that guy told me that i will not get refund!! WTF!! that day i was Fxxx him kau kau how come both are telling me difference story!!

i am really dissapointed with the services of maxis and they are not keeping their promise...they should have know the high demand of iphone and should have order and buffer the stock in hand..it doesnt mean that they are the sole carrier of iphone in Malaysia and they can ignore the customer experience in getting the phone! i dont give a damn to it and being a loyal customer of maxis of 10years..it pissed me off and i would cancel my plan with them and sign with digi or celcom
