Mine also almost cukup bulan already but have to wait till the maxis centre BUKA only can go ask. This centre last Saturday 19th already on holiday till Wed 23th

I got my iPhone already a week... Yesterday suddenly cannot do any call/sms! Today I called maxis and the guy said I reached my credit limit which is 200 ringgit!! I was like... Wtf?! I didn't call much a only SMS maxis number... Which I should got 333 free mins and 100 SMS free too! I really dunno why I will charge so many... Gonna clarify this once I got the bill next week... Zzz sigh...

Probably because of data charges, not your call charges. Try check on that

ya... I also think that's the highest possibility... But I'm sure I didn't exceed my 500mb data... Guess everything will be clear next week once the bill out...

I suggest u go to maxis centre and ask rather than wait for your bill. Perhaps your data plan is not updated/activated in their system yet.

yup, the new billing component need to be updated, else u are fried cos bz surfing n visiting all apps with data pull/push

book on 16th august at klcc roadshow still didn't receive any news yet. sigh.
call them up, giving me the same excuses worldwide shortage. will take 30-45days to receive.
im going to maxis centre tomorrow to make some noise.

i booked at the same place but on 12/8 with a machines receipt, and i got it already, you should have gone to make noise much earlier. just make a scene there, say things like worldwide shortage still want to do booking, ask to see the manager and make them promise you a collection date. just a suggestion, you can ignore it, but do go and give them pressure.

nope, i called on 16/9, and they say i can come collect today, so i was there in 30mins, and wualah...got my phone. you got a maxis receipt right?

If the 30 days wait time is due, just go straight to Maxis Center from where you have booked and ask for collection. If you booked from other places, sorry I have no experience. No point calling customer care 123 because they are clueless and they don't know what is the exact condition in the front line. They will resort to world famine and hunger because there are worldwide shortage of food! Just go to the desk and ask. What they say will be truth. If they have leftovers, heck, you'll get yours too!

Thats what happened to me. 7 days left into the 30-day wait time, I called every 2 days to Maxis 123 and they tell me rubbish. I asked to be connected to the Maxis Center but they gave all sort of reasons. Until a Maxis employee call me that she will personally arrange my iPhone. So I just give up. On the first of Hari Raya, I turned up at Maxis Gardens and my phone was there waiting for the whole week! No one bothered to call/email/sms! Probably busy on holiday or whatever.

I agree. That was my experience too. I booked on the 31 August in Gardens. Called 123 after 2 weeks. They all talk the same stuff lah. No point wasting time calling them.

So I walked into Gardens yesterday and told them that I am collecting my iPhone. They went to the back and checked and took out a black box.

I asked how long was my phone in the store but they told me that Gardens has supply up to those who booked up to 26 August. However, there is some stock and they are giving it to me since I went there. I ordered a black 16G if it is of any help to anyone out here.

Email the Customer Care of Maxis. Tell them your dissatisfaction.

1. My girlfriend is studying in aus , is it possible that i buy the
iphone from maxis with the ivalue plan 4 and send the phone to
my gf (as a gift ) while i use the simcard on my sony ericsson phone here in malaysia.
