1. Unless you took PTPTN for Diploma & Degree, it list 2 loans because of the PENSTRUKTURAN AUTO. The 1st loan is considered ended so you just have to pay the 2nd loan.
3. If the numbers you need to pay is less than total amount, that means you have outstanding payment. When it shows the total loan amount, means you already cleared the outstanding amount.

Did anyone receive the auto restructure letter from PTPTN? Why did PTPTN charge me almost 2k admin fee for the 10 months loan deferment?

Jumlah Sumbangan Takaful : RM109.18
Upah Pengurusan Pinjaman : RM 1,859.07

Can you confirm this is additional charges or just the balance amount left?

Hi guys, I just started to pay ptptn. I have a few questions here. Just curious about the ujrah thingy.

1. For example if my debt is 30k. The repayment time is 15 years. If I managed to finish paying the loan in 10 years, does that mean I will pay less for the interest, or the interest is fix even I finished paying earlier.

2. Let's say if I accidentally skipped one month payment, will I be charged for extra interest or principal cost? Even I repayed two months in the following month?

3. How do I know when is the date that is the deadline for me to pay every month? Will ptptn send me an email? I worry I miss the deadline and get charged for extra cost.

Thanks for answering.

Assuming yours is 1% Ujrah, which is based on straight line method

1. Yes for sure lesser because they charge you the 1% Ujrah on your initial amount (which is RM30k) UNTIL your loan is fully paid

2. No, referring to answer above they charge 1% Ujrah on your initial loan amount not loan balance

3. PTPTN did not set that as long as you pay within the month itself. However, they do closing a few days earlier (27th or something could not remeber) so I would advise you to pay 1 week before end of the month. Otherwise even you paid on the last few days and the payment could be reflected a little late

I think it's the 10months balance la bro, impossible admin fees 2k

upah pengurusan is the interest rate (10 years, 1% each year on the total loan balance)

1. Yes, and if you can afford to settle a lump sum, please write in to request for final amount before you transfer your money. I got 20% discount for final (a lump sum) payment.

2. Monthly interest will be added to your account. If you cannot pay full amount, try partial payment.

3. Login to your account to download your ptptn statement. It contains all information you need.

Hi, I would like to know more about the request for the lump sum. are we still applicable for the discount? what is the procedure to request? thank you in advance

No. Only bachelor or degree study is applicable.

I graduated degree at Jan2019. Yes, i waived it and required more documents than those who graduated before 2019. I guess you can find a complete list of required document in their website. If your parents are retired, you will need a letter to prove that they are not working (something like sumpah letter from surahanjaya if i am not wrong).

Some info for you guys.
I thought the PTPTN moratorium is for everyone and we only need to continue the monthly instalment from January 2021.
Sadly, it's only for those under PTPTN Ujrah.

I found out recently those PTPTN Konvensional are only "partially" entitled for it. blink.gif
We don't have to make payment from Mar-Dec 2020, but in January 2021 we have to settle all instalments (Mar-Dec 2020) at once.

My CCRIS record now showing I have few months outstanding since January 2021 (it was Nil prior to Jan 2021).

yea. non ujrah need to settle balance after moratorium. they wan to force everyone to convert to ujrah.

my payment almost done, left few months, and i have no use for a clean credit at the moment or needs to travel overseas. so i going to let it be with the ccris until i settle the debt finish. then it will clear off by itself.

if u cant wait like me, u can contact ptptn to get your loan converted or settle the balance to chase back the payment schedule.
