Some info for you guys.
I thought the PTPTN moratorium is for everyone and we only need to continue the monthly instalment from January 2021.
Sadly, it's only for those under PTPTN Ujrah.

I found out recently those PTPTN Konvensional are only "partially" entitled for it. blink.gif
We don't have to make payment from Mar-Dec 2020, but in January 2021 we have to settle all instalments (Mar-Dec 2020) at once.

My CCRIS record now showing I have few months outstanding since January 2021 (it was Nil prior to Jan 2021).

yea. non ujrah need to settle balance after moratorium. they wan to force everyone to convert to ujrah.

my payment almost done, left few months, and i have no use for a clean credit at the moment or needs to travel overseas. so i going to let it be with the ccris until i settle the debt finish. then it will clear off by itself.

if u cant wait like me, u can contact ptptn to get your loan converted or settle the balance to chase back the payment schedule.

I also left 1 more year to fully settle the balance, not worth to convert to ujrah.
Unfortunately there's no discount for full settlement now (contacted PTPTN for this).
I'm looking to apply for credit card. So, got to clean up my record by chase back the payment schedule in few months time.

how the discount amount gonna be calculated if i were to go for the 10% discount?

the 10% discount will be applied based on the last amount on April 2022 or amount in November 2021?
*
Perhaps if you just tie your card for direct debit.
Best is to check with PTPTN through live chat.

I just asked them about the discount for full settlement, and they just asked for my IC number...
and then told me what's the amount I need to pay (after 15% discount), if I manage to pay fully within 1 Nov - 30 Nov.

Meaning just pay the discounted rate instead of pay full then wait for them rebate the 15%?
Want to check with you, you pay by the PTPTN FPX or? Cause I usually pay using cimbclicks online pay bill, and I see that PTPTN at least doesn't accept Jompay for the monthly 10% discount to apply. Not sure if 15% discount also got some sort of condition/limitation on payment method🤔

Yes, just paid the discounted amount (better by 20th of the November)

Check the discounted amount here:
https://www.ptptn.gov.my/PengesahanBakiPeny...ianHutang/Utama

I paid partially through shopeepay and balance at PTPTN website few days ago.
Not sure about 10% discount. But, for full settlement I was told you can pay by various methods and few transactions.
As long as they received the required amount within this month.

I've settled mine, waiting for their system month end closing and I've been told that I would need to follow up for "Surat Penyelesaian Hutang" with them around early of next month.

Isn't the rebate till April next year?
*
Probably. but, the amount you need to settle will be slightly different month by month, due to interest charges.
For my case, I just want to clear-off ASAP and stop PTPTN from appearing in my CCRIS record.
Because they reported me to CCRIS of "6" months outstanding out of a sudden after 1 Jan 2021 (not knowing those konvensional loan type need to pay back at lump sum the amount not paid during moratorium period)

for Budget 2022 ptptn thing when does it start? i plan to subscribe to the direct debit.

Not too sure about this, maybe you can check with PTPTN.
They have a live chat on their homepage.
