Do you know 120 km/h achieved only at about 3.2k rpm? Below 3k rpm you know better. I seriously do not think once in a while drving up to about 150 km/h on highway will be this fuel consuming.

The only other car got worse than the gen2 FC is the Iswara 1.5 auto. For 1.8l & below cars, I had driven before a Satria 1.6, City, Vios, Altis 1.8, Civic 1.8, MR-S & Celica 7th gen. Never before encounter such heavy fuel consumption for 4k & below rev (30:70, highway:city)

Donno you, but if I do 120-150km in KL's "highway" (Federal, Sprint, LDP), I consider it as a city road.

Highway for me is North-south, Karak, Mega-something (KL-to-Cyberjaya).

However, I did 150km from KL (Seremban Highway exit) to Melaka and back. 1 Full tank last me 450KM and still going.


Friendly reminder on one thing bout Campro. If your speed is not consistent (like those in KL "highway"), it will contributes to high fuel consumption. If your speed is consistent (like my case of going to putrajaya/cyberjaya) then it will contribute to low fuel consumption.

My highway definition is minimum Kesas, Elite, Silk, Karak & north south highway. Federal & LDP definitely out.

For my experience full tank for RON95 for 100% highway cannot even achieve 400km, 120-130 km/h most of the time & occassionally 150-160 km/h for overtaking.

guys, is it worth to buy a gen2? coz this car has abit of low resale value.. and i plan to buy a second hand car and last it for another 5 years or something.. i cant get personal coz my budjet is around 30k

this is very true...drove back to penang the other day with speed around 120-130 and the occasionally 'spirited driving',full tank managed to get nearly about 600km....

actually... LDP-federal-sprint or kerinci all are highway..... NKVE are consider express way...... for city driving.... u stuck in a jam for 30 minutes only moving 1 or 2 kilometers those are city road... lol

I everyday use NKVE from damasara to sg buloh hospital exit..... took only 15 minutes to reach.....

Anyhow it is very fuel consuming compare to the rest of the cars (all 1.8l & below, auto or semi-manual) I had driven before as stated above post. The only one fared worse is the Iswara aeroback 1.5l auto.

hmm.. topic of fc again? for highway driving (including uphill + downhill genting) i did about 493km / 38litres (full tank). not so bad la, considering its on pure stock..

I just realize today, but my Gen-2 doesnt downshift anymore...

No Error code, no issue; but just doesnt downshift.

after i left esso, 140kph avg, reach sg 6pm++ with pit stop agar half hr after yong peng. ~4hrs, ok lah hor?

wit the snorkel + piperX, can feel difference lah, pickup better from traffic lights oredy. so hepi~

tak boleh full exhaust la.. i budget budget. after buying the snorkel and filter wallet alrdy picah~ even cap ayam, i also take. so long can tahan long long + cheap cheap i ok alrdy

somemore at meleka..so far!! if i print bank notes, no need to work, i really don mind come every fortnight makan with u, but too bad..

got cheaper lobang or not~ see i support u deep deep lah, come all the way to collect ur limited edition snorkel
