called to TM customer service twice today.
I subscribed 1mbps, but the speed test only shown not more than 500kbs.
things that even worst, is when it cant buffer youtube video at all. It just stuck there.
Followed the customer service for troubleshooting. Restart modem, do speed test... again and again the same steps. Download speed still shown abnormal. They told me i should have 800kbs download speed with the package i subscribed.
Passed the complaint to Technical dept, technician called me, telling me they have restarted the port and etc, and say everything is normal at their side. Asked me to run speed test, was happy because it reach 800kbps.. but once put down the phone, I test again and download speed drop back to initial.
I was so mad.. and called to customer service again, this time we do a little more troubleshooting.. but still go through restart modem and speed test. Then check on configuration of ip, check ping, check DNS, restart computer..
Downlaod speed increased to normal, able to buffer video.. after finish buffer a video, went try for another one.. then it stuck again
So customer service, record down this problem and send to technical dept again.. and i shall wait for their call, they told me if after 72 hours it still remain call them again.
