I can't connect to the Internet again (I'm posting this from Old Town @ AEON Bukit Indah). I'm getting good ol' Error 678, though it was working fine this morning around 9 AM. And I'm in the middle of registering modules for uni ... CRAP.
I hope this is just a short-term fluke thing, and not another repeat of April where I couldn't connect at all for two weeks.

I am still unable to connect to the Internet. It's been a week already, FFS! The reason for this downtime is apparently some problem with the wireless base, which has apparently been fixed since yesterday, but as the first sentence suggests, I still can't connect.
Eff this. Eff this so bad.

I was online for about 20 minutes yesterday. In that time, I experienced slow browsing. Nothing out of the ordinary, I'd supposed ... Then I got disconnected, and since then, I haven't been able to reconnect. My router keeps spitting out Error 678 whenever I try reconnecting - same ol' same ol'. Called up streamyx, no discernible, immediate situation from them. So frickin' tired of this. Now I've to wait for probably another two more weeks until my Internet access returns. Brilliant, streamyx: this is exactly how I'd envisioned spending my holidays - Internet-less, and constantly ringing them up for updates on my situation.

I still can't connect to the Internet at home. Same error, same circumstances, same excuses from streamyx. It's been more than a week (or "eight days and nineteen hours", as the customer service officer so happily told me over the phone just now), and still no solution in sight. WTFFFF. *facepalms*

QUOTE(shadow111 @ Jun 4 2010, 05:09 PM) WTF.. I went to TM to cancel my line and streamyx since March.. on april, receive tm bill and wen back to TM to check on this.. they said i terminate my bill on 20/3 and the april bill is for usage till 21/3.. so i pay up the amount. last month receive tm bill again. go n check again at TM.. the TM guy just take my bill n go n do dunno what shit. after that tell me that i just have to ignore the bill. i ask again, hv my line+streamyx been cancel? he said yes. yesterday, receive tm bill again with 2 months overdue. i was like how many times do i have to go to stupid TM point just to cancel my line? I'm having a similar problem to this. I'd suggest emailing them about your predicament (detailed explanation of what you've done, e.g. terminating your account, what the officer did during your visit to TMpoint, etc.), and then keeping your email exchange for future reference, if they insist on taking action. That's what I did, and I got a pretty satisfactory reply from them; it was far more conclusive than repeated calls to their hotline and visits to TMpoint. It's also less of a hassle than constantly visiting TMpoint.

Internet connection went down last night. The cause is the equivalent of Error 678. Great ... it's going to be another long wait till it's fixed.

Internet connection went kaput this noon, though it was working fine in the morning and the day before. Called streamyx, got nothing substantial. I doubt whatever's wrong will be fixed soon since it's the weekend. Bah.
