Alright it has been more than two years since the first and second Broadband Rant Sink topic has been created and it has more than 2,500 replies in both the topics which shows that there are a lot of frustrated broadband users here in Malaysia. Before this topic was created, there were many topics that just rants all day long about how bad or slow their Internet connection is. To combat this problem, a Broadband Rant Sink topic was created so that forum members of Lowyat.NET can rant about their connection without having the need to create a new topic. So, this V3 will be a continuation of the first and second Broadband Rant Sink topic. Feel free to rant about anything and everything about your Internet connection here.

they are awarded as the **** ISP of the WORLD, because it's the only ISP in the WORLD who can fakap their DNS server.

no other ISP is capable of that. world class.

wonder is there any world organization which settle this kind of problem..internet services provider organisation
like world health organization..

Of all the countries, we have the worst internet service for years... how long more do we have to suffer???

I visited Singapore last week and amazed at their WONDERFUL internet services.

As long as got monopoly our internet will be always lagging behind.

UPGRADING OF TM CORE NETWORK

Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ wishes to inform its customers that it is migrating its existing core network to the latest network technology to facilitate the ongoing improvements of our network performance and service quality. The migration will allow TM to provide a more integrated service proposition to support a large ecosystem of applications.

The infrastructure migration will take place in two stages on the following dates and time-periods:

1. Friday, 12 June 2009, 11 pm till Saturday, 13 June 2009, 6 am
2. Friday, 19 June 2009, 11 pm till Saturday, 20 June 2009, 6 am

Therefore, all our Internet and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) such as iTalk and Home Prepaid customers nationwide may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure our customers that the services would resume to normal after this period.
