Having extreeeeeemely slow connection at Bayan Lepas, Penang. Anyone else having same issues?

My connection is not only slo-o-o-wwww, I also keep getting disconnected every few minutes. And in the TMnet maintenance thread, they have been "upgrading" continuously for at least 2.5 months (I didn't check further back than April). No surprise if tomorrow, we get a service interruption announcement from "June 16th to 30th". So sick and tired of this.
