Just wondering does anyone here still have a copy of the service agreement between SKMM and Streamyx which indicated 90% of the subscribed bandwidth should be allocated to its users by 2009. I have seen someone posted a copy here before, but it's no where to be seen now. Need it to bombard my local Streamyx technician that keeps claiming only 70-80% is what we suppose to receive. Anyone? Please help
