I am now 79kg. Oh yeah.

Have been exercising twice to thrice a week. Still look fat though, hope to be around 75kg by year end with low bf%. Not without muscles mass, that would suck big time.

Miracle doesn't happen in second brother. The hard work has to continue to see pure results.

possible bcoz you are not getting enough exercise
it's as simple as energy in (what you eat) VS energy out (your work-out)
aslong as one is more than the other.. u will either gain or lose weight smile.gif

mind sharing the your weekly workout & eats? perhaps you can get useful feedback from the oo soo helpful pros
n don't forget your stats.. height/weight/age/gender?

cut & paste some webbie

Some basic steps to follow:

1. Keep a record of what you eat and drink.
2. Keep a record of your activity.
3. Set personal goals.
4. Make a plan of small changes you know you can do.
5. Be Patient! Don’t expect to meet your goals overnight.
6. Track your progress.
7. Reward yourself for your successes.

I have a question that i could not find the answer through the search...
maybe i did not enter the correct key word...

I hit the True Fitness Gym for the first day today under a 30 days trail period which only cost me RM29. They arrange me a Personal Trainer and i did the following:

1. Treadmil
2. Cross Training
3. Push Up
4. Machine that Vibrates (Dont know what this call)
5. Free Weight on to of the machine

Did not exercise for the pass 8 years, so i was breathless.

The question is since I am new with all those GYM equipment, what should i so... there are so many out there and I dont even know how to use it except for treadmill and cross training..
Is there any sets or program guidelines that i can follow?
Really appreciate it if someone could point me to a thread that has all the answer.

The thread isn't active anymore because we've stopped. It was only for a one month duration. About half the people who signed up disappeared so it was just a few ppl who stayed on towards the end. Guess they couldn't handle the food restriction or the goal planning.

Hmm...you could start a journal but be prepared to have all sorts of advice thrown at you.
