height 1.78cm weighing 118kg rite now. was 130kg 2 months ago.
i rarely workout coz i literally didn't have the time to do it... but now i'm finding the time and also doing some "close session" aerobics/pilates on my own (dalam rumah laaaaa... sorang2.. hahaha)
still can't get thru the diet. So, recently i began fasting (for muslims u know it's rejab already). I'm gonna keep fasting til raya. My target is to lose at least another 5 kg before raya. I think it's achievable. I've already lost 12kg the past 2 months without really trying.
It's hard to count calories everyday. so, i had my meals plan for the week. beside, i also puasa during the day, so that helps a lot.
anyway, someone told me to go on a DETOX diet. how u go about that? it's something like eating/drinking fruit juices everyday and cleanse ur system. anyone knows?
