hey guys....

damn.. didn't know this thread existed. ehehehe.. add me up on the biggest loser list. ahahah..

height 1.78cm weighing 118kg rite now. was 130kg 2 months ago. biggrin.gif

i rarely workout coz i literally didn't have the time to do it... but now i'm finding the time and also doing some "close session" aerobics/pilates on my own (dalam rumah laaaaa... sorang2.. hahaha)

still can't get thru the diet. So, recently i began fasting (for muslims u know it's rejab already). I'm gonna keep fasting til raya. My target is to lose at least another 5 kg before raya. I think it's achievable. I've already lost 12kg the past 2 months without really trying. biggrin.gif hehehe was size XXXL now can wear XL.. though a bit tight. ahaha...

It's hard to count calories everyday. so, i had my meals plan for the week. beside, i also puasa during the day, so that helps a lot. biggrin.gif really need to be discipline at night and sleep early, wake up early around 5am, sahur, then do a bit of workout... and didn't sleep back.

anyway, someone told me to go on a DETOX diet. how u go about that? it's something like eating/drinking fruit juices everyday and cleanse ur system. anyone knows?

it's not yet fasting month la.. still about 1 month to go before fasting. hehehe.. but in islamic calender year, there are 2 other months that we are encourage to fast, or rather practice to fast before Ramadan. that 2 months is Rejab and Syaaban, which is immidiately before Ramadan. biggrin.gif

As for your weightloss and discipline issues, you know where the problem lies. It's just a matter of you making up your mind. Justifying why you didn't have the discipline to follow it, well, it's ok to mention it a few times but too many times, you would just be procrastinating.

I try not to talk about my cheat meals too much because at the end of the day, it makes a person look so foolish i.e. me. I know my problem so why am I talking about the problem and not doing something to fix it?

just weight myself yesterday, 1kg more to become 2 figure weight, I'll consider one of my milestone of achievement.

man... i've been stagnant for 2 weeks now. damn!

next week gotta change workout regiment and diet. my body so fast leh getting used to my diet and workout. ehehehe..

I just injured my right foot last Friday. Did some cycling on Tuesday and it made it worse.

Just consult a doctor, may have to skip all gym session for this week.

This is quite random

But I re-read my journal earlier after lunch time in the office. I felt kinda emo after reading from post 1 till somewhere in the mid...my progress from learning how to workout / run / correcting my meals...advices from ppl here in the forum.

I was kinda reflecting on my 2 years journey and still amazed that I'm still doing it till today. From where I was till where I am today.

Gotta thank the peeps here for the motivation. Yea..I'm emo LOL

Syd, Phoenix, Kianweic, Yeeck, Neek, Shanecross, Jones007(where ever u are LOL...long time didnt post), Pizzaboy, Discipline, and...who did I miss out? tongue.gif

Okay, back to WORK. phew. finally lift it off my chest HAHA

Heh, the thing about the challenge is that it is a bit tiring to go about it. Some ppl made it, others didn't.

The other thing is that the puasa month is coming. Not sure how the challenge can be done during the puasa month tbh.

I am now 79kg. Oh yeah.

Have been exercising twice to thrice a week. Still look fat though, hope to be around 75kg by year end with low bf%. Not without muscles mass, that would suck big time.
