Next challenge will be great. But it's not the challenge that helped us though, if you haven't realized it. It's the Goal.

We set Goals. Now the question is, are we following through with our long-term Goal?

The Challenge may not always be there but it's the Goal and our desire to attain that Goal.

My short-term goal achieved. Can get into the dress. Now problem is making sure dress is not too loose in Aug. Haha!

Yeah, I am quite stressed at work lately.

Can't wait to hit the gym later after work.

Gonna do back today, and if I enough stamina, maybe a slow jog on the treadmill. If not, just the old easy cross-trainer.

I've continued on my own. Posted the challenge on my fb, with the stick that I'll have to belanja makan to people that left a comment there, lulz.

Anyway let's make a new challenge in August. smile.gif

Hey bubb13s,
Do you feel exhausted in the gym, or after gym? Or exhausted throughout the day?
If you're dragging yourself to gym lately, try taking 1 week break from it.

Me too, did back last night.

Poundage was quite crap literally and I ran out of energy half way tru the exercise.

Going to do some jogs after work tonight instead.
