walan.. maxis really need to fix this kind of problems if they still want the customers to stick in with their current plan.. if not all will migrate to other operators..

Extra charge every single excessive usage is very troublesome. should make it an unlimited data plan for ease of customers!

Impossible to SMS that much, Ive never even SMSed more than my value package limit.

as per ur statement,ur being charged more due to its pro-rated,u can notice tat from the activation date comparing to ur statement period

The data charges include sms, mms, & internet charges...

The 100mb they only charged you RM7.55 and they misinformed you bro, the 100mb is RM18 per month...

checked my calculation >>>>> 13days/31days x RM18 = RM7.55

The data charges of RM130.48 no itemised billing?
I supposed you have the itemised billing cos they charged you RM 2.74

No, it is USELESS to complain to MCMC!!! Try to complain to Maxis FB! It works very well!

Question...I know some of you have gotten the bug where it shows both sent and received data to be around 4GBs. (It happened last week to be exact) Does the amount of the data you use still get updated as you go along? Like for example mine was 4.2GB, an additional 100MB would be 4.3GB. Does the data usage still update itself?

Maxis dangerous using the data if exceed 1GB confirm puke looking at price of surfing the net while DiGi if exceed limit speed is throttled down to 128kbps and not overpaying then what you should! Safe! (Y)

my area easily i can get 1.5-2.0mbps. but when it's congested, 0.5mbps the worst i have gotten.

been using for 2 mths now with 3g and cellular data on 24/7.
no issues whatsoever even my data usage is accurate comparing between maxis bill and iphone stats.

Just remember, eventhough u'll using wifi, 3g or edge still running at the back. Just find out after install dataman.

Question : What telecos see of Data usage through their computer and charge us differently is it true? Some my friends told me what they see is more likely fake and not accurate comparing seeing in the iphone usage.

nope, no such thing. it's either wifi or 3G/Edge. when wifi signal is lost or low, it will switch to 3G/Edge

Well, u can see blue one is on 3g. Grey one is on wifi. Tested many time. There are still got activity on 3g eventhough u on wifi. And this i testing at home.

May I know what application your using on the screenshot above?

Anyway, I'm doing some testing by letting 3G and Cellular Data on all the time.

Been one week plus and from the Usage recorded on IPhone.

I'm only using 159.00 MB.

Let's see on the 7th of December whether I got charge extremely..
