Abs wheelie - plank and abs rolling

gravity - push ups
any door - plate pinching

wish list:
- P90X chin up bar
- 20kg dumbbell. BTW, is RM310 expensive for a 20kg dumbbell?
My 10kg DB only cost me RM50 (5 years ago) X^D

for rare or DIY equips like that, would be nicer if got pictures lah...but things like plates, dumbells, not compulsory la...if compulsory, this thread sure die one...LOL

i got a multistation bench (chess press, lat pul down, leg ext, etc....)
a treadmill
a stationary bike
and a 15kg dumbell.
my car to wash every weekend ( cardio too lol )

wishlist
a barbell (i never squat with a barbell before)
a bench maybe
another dumbell and some plates.

once i got those..i don`t think i have to go to gym. hehe

Any idea where can i get the bench that is adjustable to 90 degree ? I went to several fitness center but couldn't get one.

I have visited the fitness centers in Mid valley but no stock or not available. Any idea where can i get the cheaper price ? Any hypermarket ?

The one on one trainer sucks. I have the same bench at home, and its not incline enough so I have to balance it on a stool to do my incline presses. And its a lil too high. vmad.gif

Sure the one-on-one trainer is a flawed product. But look at it this way: I have a bench and you don't. You can hold out till the enlightened folks at Fitness Concept realize that their customers are better served if they'd start stocking their showrooms with sturdy benches, power racks, a full range of weight plates and olympic bars instead of overpriced programmable threadmills. When that day comes (if it comes), I'd have gained 20 kg and have a nice chest to show for it.

BTW ezone, are you Malaysian? You used the word "netter". That's German for "nicer".
