1 barbell

1 set dumbell bar

1 lot 100kg plates

1 old skool leather jump rope

2 pairs of running shoes

2 different backpacks (weights) for fast hiking

1 plastic chair (seated weight work)...the chair is dying BTW.

floor for improvised bench work

home furniture for dips etc etc

Now am considering gym rakyat nearby =D since I started using supplements.

Currently looking for adjustable bench schematics, want to DIY if time permits. sweat.gif

Is it me or is weightlifting equipment priced at a premium here in Malaysia? When I was back in the US, I vaguely remember a friend outfitting his home gym with a power cage and a full set of plates for about $800 US, but when I look at the prices people are paying here...I dunno.
