We can't forever compare house prices between a downtown place like chow kit against those high end area like Bangsar Kenny Hill, the comparison just ain't correct,they are cater for different segment of people. Talking about fengshui, i did bring along my sifu to choose my unit at Serena. The fengsui of Serena (which will include Zarra as well due to the close proximity) is generally good.
He asked me to avoid two rows. I dare not to tell here otherwise will be "tembak"

As i know BPP still have lot more commercial land undeveloped. With the upcoming additional 3 financial towers & commercial shop sure boost up the value of BPP. Housing value also increase rapidly... Same like buying shares, it does not matter how much a counter has moved upwards, the pertinent question is how much more it can go. Long queue or not does not guarantee profit, but it certainly show the demands and MOMENTUM, as of now, at the very least P/S: Remember when i was shopping a unit of Southlake @ DesaPark 2 years ago.
