Any new update on Zarra? international steel price is going up steadily, cement & bricks price also increasing locally. If IOI didn't stock-up these building materials, i m sure Zarra price may increase further as Zarra is not launch yet ( no S&P ) so IOI can do what they want on the adjusted selling price...

Added on July 28, 2009, 2:36 pmmy advise to potential byr of Zarra & serena, buy first complain latter.. vmad.gif

IOI

1) workmanship of the hse is above average ( no worry )
2) price of hse ( quite stable if not shooting up )
3) last phase of DST hse ( were told that all the empty land we see
is for commercial use )
4) limited unit left ( too much hesitation end with nothing )
5) if you r not a confirmed byr, IOI staff wl not entertain you at all
( especially all those sales person at the office ).

So booked first then complain on everything u found unacceptable. Then they hv to reply you as you are their customer. Or you can complain to the top management so this is much more effective. Other then keep telling sales person of price high/ design not good. They really can't do a thing.

Eg. serena case, when buyer complain that the court yard need to be covered. Now serena buyer get what they want.

my wild guess will be something to do with approval / authorities...
simple counting... if one cover cost 2k... 200+ over houses, they need to spend over 400k... why would they spend additional cost on it.. put in pocket much better brows.gif brows.gif

I think im quite a fussy person, as im not really satisfied much on their answer.
I understand they just trying to help and receiving order from their management.

They told me they willing to accept comments & complains but must write in to them.
As the management will look into it & reply to us.

I think this is useful rather than keep complaining & blaming on them.

yes you are right. the sales person can't do anything at all. If you guys wanna make any complain or request, please do it to the top management or else it will be a waste of time.

I asked this question earlier, but did not get the answer. The covered courtyard, is it only for corner units, or for all units including intermediate?

Went to see the bare unit (next to the show unit) last Sat. It has been covered with glass. But still you have to install additional grille for security purposes.

I am buying 2.5. All is getting covered. My HM suggest to put a jacuzzi/spa at the court yard. Just like the Port Dickson Legend hotel . Did anyone stay there before? that is a very nice hotel. My HM like it much and want to copy the same to Serena. But that will be a extra burget ( 10K ?) any one know about the jacuzzi price ?

Jacuzzi can be price range from around 5K-20K...go shopping at the fair at Mid valley...
I think less than 10K very nice spec liow....

I just saw one shop that sell jacuzzi in Puteri business center area near the Secret Recipe row, the price for the jacuzzi itself already RM7k plus excluding installation, the size is just fit for one adult.
