IOI sales can push up Zarra pricing to RM 600 ++ then the people booking b4 launching wil think ...want to buy or not..heard that booking fees can refundable...

zarra133-134... early birds like u.. are those very"kan cheong"... they sure "telan" u hidup hidup...
as i said earlier, early birds will be "penalized"... wait until their sales stagnant & they "kan cheong".... thenu will be given freebies

Not Zarra 133-134 " kan Cheong", so many people "kan Cheong" too...Bcoz sales damm so good the price fr RM560k up to RM580K, wait launching may b up to RM600k...U think all early birds who paid booking fees RM3k want to continue buying or "tarik diri.."

Let the early birds decide ....

better see oil price everyday....hope the good BLR will still continue at least end of the year...this can save a lot.
I think the difference is Serena launch at economic crisis and Zarra when economy starting to rebound...hope so..

For my case actually I plan to take up Serena, just that don't hv 2 units together at that moment. So, I do register for Zarra and they called me up recently ask me to book in order to get the units i want.

I think v can't control the crowd also. This is a supply demand world. No 1 know what will be the finalize package. The sales people called me for booking that time is 560K and everything seem good (follow Serena) package.

No 1 can blame. If v personally think it is not worth, v still can take back our deposit. No need too worry, Trojant.

by experience..i see so many uncles driving old car but damm rich...all in their
share markets and properties.
...if with big car just can prove u are successful businessman but does not prove
you more rich than the uncle... just my opinion.

now hongkie trend has reach malaysia. If you dun drive big car or wear nice, ppl say u
only rent the hse or you are "bun chai or bun mui" so no matter what get a big car (2nd hand also ok) so yr neighbour wl be good to you or they wl give u the ( pigeon eye look ).

i saw people driving big cars like new accord, new camry and even merz, bmw, lexus... but then only stay in medium cost apt.
it's matter of preference how the money being spent...

Hongkie where got so many people drive big car...big car is only for the multimilionaire...worst than Singapore ..
even you are general manager or director for MNC..still take the MRT... i think a lot of TV opera wash Malaysian brain..

I do experienced some people are really judge people based on outlook. But v shdn't get affected by those ppl. V shd be live as wat v wanna be. V don't live for others or mind how others look at us. Just be wat v r.

For me, I think v shd move towards financial freedom and get out of rat race as soon as possible. Get something v r affordable and comfortable with. Not bec' of wanna compare with others or scare of others 'look down' on us. Big car and big house mean nothing if internally struggle financially. Most impt is know how to enjoy our life. 1 person is consider RICH not bec' solely on wat properties he/she own or wat cars he/she drives. RICH, take consideration of many others factors.

ya thats right. A lot of "old school" millionaires that I know prefer to stay low profile and very humble. Some of them communte around in bicycle and honda ex5, some just love the low profile kinda life, maybe spend the whole day "lim kopi" in kopitiam. They don't show off to people that they have lotsa money, they prefer to keep it to themself and they are happy. Whatever their neighbour think about them, they actually don't really give a dam.

Btw some driving big car around might be those kiasu kaki but their pocket could be full of debt up to their nose.

if u think u r so rich....u would have not even bought a terrace but some bungalows or semi ds.....y show off n piss off your neighbours ? good neighbours r hard to come by.....so far...i am glad both sides of mine r pretty friendly
