no wonder the short sales guy like so secretive only la.. He look very 'kuai kuai shu shu' when other sales person approach us to tell us about Zarra.

actually what's the actual lanching price of Zarra?

btw i just call up IOI sales office, the staff there mention that the selling price most likely will change, RM580k is only estimation, all the floor plan have yet to finalise.

Right now they no longer accept cheque for booking. The Zarra will only be launch in another 2 weeks.

Really need to review the final floor plan with the launching price. An addictional bathtub in Masterbed room shdn't have cost so much to buyers. Furthermore, that is something unnecessary for some buyers as I can forseen. mad.gif

As a buyer with this economy, I really do hope the developer can consider selling something value for $ to convince all the current and future buyers.

Hope the name of IOI Properties will not give an impression of "over pricing developer" for the current and future buyers. I think the developer will be very careful in the marketing as well. I hope they won't simply spoilt itheir good reputation due to Serena & Zarra development (which is consider a very little tiny project to them). biggrin.gif

sounds like oil price..yesterday see still $62..now $65..seems economy getting better... rclxms.gif

Old habit died hard, when there is demand they will naturally become greedy,this is bad news for buyer, for god sake the detail weren't even sorted out yet and the price is not yet finalise. Its like buying something that you don't know what you are getting.

No offence, for the new launch, the higher the better.

If Zarra's launching price is 580k, sub sale upon completion should be 667k (assuming a 15% appreciation for a relatively good DST at good area upon completion, like DST at Bukit Jalil handed over last month)

Surely a higher and bigger serena will be at par, if not higher.

(For simplicity, the above is solely based on the current low BLR and the economy outlook which is picking up, without taking into account of other possible varients)

i think almost all the house getting more than 500K at BPP....Olivia also reach more than 600K liow.

went to IOI office last Sunday still say 560k...now 580k? damn ioi ceo must be smiling now. the staff told me 560k is indicative until ceo tan sri approve the final pricing. this is ioi way of milking every single bit of BPP land gua. without MOT free..that is another 10-11k you need to fork out. plus the ceiling is only 12 & 11feet (grd & 1st flr) i guess zarra is a stupid buy. i got the design and flr plan. 1st flr got no courtyard aka koi pond or open area like serena. this area is turned into normal family area. net net i can say zarra is not worth buying unless you are hardcore BPP supporter. go figure

when u got the layout? so now no more balcony attached to bedroom 1? so bedroom one is now come with window view and not in the middle of the house??

For 580k, now u get 3 phase power, solar heater pre-installed, free MOT, fully covered wet kitchen, interest free package during construction...hahah...that will happen in my wet dream...

Just cal to ioi sales off, they said estimate the launching price RM580k, not cf yet...if more than that....i also think not worth bcoz the final floorplan n design may b different fr what we saw b4.. hmm.gif

They also said stop booking oledi...wait for launching...

They shd give free MOT to early bird for Zarra as well by right. Also, provide free interest for 2 years under construction shd remain unchanged at wat they offer to Serena.

Really hope they read buyers request here. sad.gif
