surpisingly the built-up is smaller than Serena 1...and should be priced higher.... so better grab
the remaining units of 2 1/2 storey Serena now.... at lower price and bigger built-up and
unique courtyard concept !

Anyone know about behind Nadia and Olivia will be Apartment?I see the master plan there...when will launch?Under Gov low cost?

not feasible to build low-cost apartment there. Where wl the public transport for them come fm? Wl the poor ppl walk all the way down to bayu apartment to take their bus? furthermore all owner of puteri 11 wl fight till their last drop of blood b'4 allowing IOI to de-value the area.

i was told by flora (subsidiary) ppl dat the proj is a upscale condo like aseana

but personally prefering it to be CLUB HOUSE with sports facilities ...ie. swimming pool...tennis courts...

when will they build 1 ??!!!

most new launches in bpp normally comes with "Smart Home Alarm System".
What actually does the "Smart Home" mean... a brand name or something extra on top of Alarm System?
Anyone knows?

Having one now. Just a normal alarm system. Don't know what so smart. Remember the alarm installer say can link to telephone. So, if your alarm triggered, the system will call your handphone. But very trouble. Have to pull cable lar, etc. In the end didn't manage to get it work.

Marketing gimmick. This kind of system already have 12yrs ago. i m using one. It just call u when alarm trigger. Just program it with code.

if it come with pre-lay fiber optic cable then it will be truelly smart home liau...

Smart home mean, you clap your hand the tv will on. You fap, the fan will blow. he.... Con $$. Like buying proton car. must include this and that unneccessary accessory .

see like the condo coming very soon...

i heard there will be a new secondary school in BPP?

i think u are talking about Nexus...anyone had info...private or government ?
smart school?

smart alarm system..... Smart = brand name lar.... not really smart technology

saw the master plan model at IOI sales office...the building model behind the Puteri mart looks like
a school building to me...it is actually pretty near to the Serena....& Lilac!

I think BPP urgently needs another entrance/exit maybe a tunnel or flyover...to ease the congestion
due to the high number of commercial properties in that area! and also build a club house!
