HW-Racer, seems u got the right message... just found out in the masterplan, they have updated ioi-intellicity.
The land parallel to serena is combined to one big piece, so no more entrance/exit between intellicity and serena.

probably to turn it to another residential area, perhaps????

i m using SCB mortage one now but i m paying BLR-1.5% ( it hv been abt 2 yrs now ) can i change to ur plan & rates? btw my hse is Olivia project BPP also by IOI. pls advise

any idea whether Serean 2.5 storey has been sold out or not ?? the new launch of Serena 2...
should be within 1 or 2 months time....with smaller built-up and higher pricing !
i think serena 2 should have a bigger car porch than Serena 1...

The layout is not finalise yet, and guess will launch in 3 months time as the complete date is Nov 2011, considering 2 yrs construction period for TH.

yes, it will have a bigger car porch which is GOOD! existing serena car porch is just too short.

agreed....Zarya also used a lot of glasses material same to serena too. The is totally
trendy design.

ya its a bit dissapointed when u see the car porch so short, not really practical if your have mpv.

I just booked a unit reserved bumi lot The Peak Puteri 12 that recently release for public i think less than 10 unit left. The carpark is even longer than these expensive Serena car porch. I wonder why? hmm.gif

what do u prefer? larger space inside or outside of yr hse, if u can only choose one of them?

It has to be balance..serena is simply too short, remember in my earlier post i drove my car to the empty unit beside the show house, not much space left when u consider driving big car (camry, accord, MPV). And i wonder why IOI don wan fully extend the back, tell me what u gonna do with the 2ft plus land at the back?

actually there is a reason to keep the 2ft land outside. notice that is a sewage tank cover out there. Do you want Indah water to come into ur hse to clean or repair ur sewage tank?

possible... yet there are houses extended fully, what those houses do with their sewage system?

the other reason could be mpsj restrictions, possible?

The owners will extend their kitchen to the extra 2-feet one. Only like this the sub-con can get more work. thumbup.gif
