Besides, old school bodybuilders didn't have whey or creatine in their day.

To counter dehydration is to drink more water. Ppl should drink water during training. Creatine taken for pre workout doesn't gives explosive burst of energy like N.O but it will improve performance in 1 week of time if taken correctly. If you say that it is non beneficial to take it for pre workout , why does Muscletech Nano Vapor, Universal Nutritions Shock Therapy, BSN N.O X-plode, MHP Trac Extreme-NO and so many more contains creatine for their pre workout ?. Most pre-workout that have been created out there contains creatine. So try to tell them that creatin is non benificial for pre. They have done research and proven that creatine is useful for pre.

Dude, the GNC one buy 1 free 1 when you look at the price buying the whey protein from lowyat is cheaper. If im not mistaken the ON 100% Whey protein is about RM400++ over there when you can save your money buying it from here. smile.gif

yeah.. i agree with that...
their daily eggs consumption is definitely more than what I eat in a week...
last time a old school body builder told me he ate a whole steam chicken without the fats a day...
that's quite expensive too..

Aiyo just take the whey so u can reach 1g protein/lbs.

Then creatine just take 5g everday. No need loading cycling.

Done. Simple.

chief, are you still on creatine?

I tried to stop it because of stomach bloating but the recovery became much slower and even experienced fatigue.

am in my late 30s and guess my body engine is getting worn out  sweat.gif

No. But you still can take it. Bro I'm in my mid 30's and still going strong.
