haha... it depends on ur workout.
u can go 7 days a week but u do ur workout lazily, then how to reach ur goal?

reaching ur goal requires
1. determination
2. hardwork
3. more hardwork
4. extra hardwork
5. get lots of rest
6. more rest
7. eat right
8. sleep right
9. lift right
10. right shape

thats coz u get enough protein from ur solid meals.
haha....
some ppl just dont get enough protein from their meals...
example me... =.=
i eat 2 times or 3 times a day only.
lunch, dinner, supper(sometimes).. hahahha
