How many times a day to take whey and creatine?, on a workout day & non-workout day

QUOTE A loading those is not necessary So the loading phase in creatine is not really neccessary in this case? Somehow this will be great news for taking creatine for pre and post, since i workout in the morning and tats right aft i took my breakfast so i will be consuming my creatine on both of my "best absorbtion time" during the insulin spike.
