Hi, need some advice I`m currently workout on 3 days per week and i`m taking ON hydrowhey on post-workout. My current weight is 79KG. My question is did i need to take protein on non-workout day and didnt i need to take fat burner to boost the result. Because i didnt see my weight dropping. Thank you

Thank you Nothing to do with supplements . Check ur diet , that would probably be the main cause of stalling ur progress. If it's not , then could probably be ur workout routine . Mind sharing us ur meal plan and workout routine so the sifus here can analyse the problem ? (preferably ur caloric intake and stuff)

Hey guys, sorry to bump the old thread. I dont want to create new thread since the topic is related to my next question. Here it goes, what if you guys fall sick (fever, flu , etc) , do you guys still take those supplements? It will not create chemical reactions if taken together with medicine right? Thanks.

Well , it should be fine. Since it's just like food. Although some may contain other preservatives which may conflict with it medication. Best to consult it doctor further on this.
