I don't understand about the axiata 5:4 ratio ??

Does it means, let say Axiata-OR buying of 500 units of shares tomorrow will become 400 units of Axiata shares after the expiry of Axiata-OR ??

5:4 ratio means for every 4 axiata shares ur eligible to have 5 axiata OR

should be the other way round. i.e. having 400 units of share will allow you to buy 500 units at a special rate of RM 1.12 each.

Hmm... Don't think the OR will open at 1.12. Not sure how its calculated. But taking the last closing price of 1.77. So the price should be lower or equal to (1.77-1.12) = 0.65

Any sifu's out there can confirm ?

yea i think you are right, my mistake earlier. The rights should theoretically trade at a Rm1.12 discount to the market price of the mother share.
