i think today is most likely just the last legs of the rally before it starts going down again. Trap for all the people who are picking up coz they are afraid to miss out. The volume is not convincing at all.

Unless we close near the highs on Monday, then that might be a different story.

Should be a good opportunity to clear all the stock and reload your bullets smile.gif

still early rite? may b the volume will pick up right after the announcement?.... but there is a sign of vol getting lesser by each day....

i feel that the rally is dying based on my analysis of the yen exchange rate. If you look at the Yen/Usd exchange rate, it correlates quite well to activity in the emerging markets. When the yen drop, there will be many foreign money going into the small markets, when it goes up, money dries up.

During the last 3 weeks mini-bull, yen was dropping, fast. Since monday,  the yen in reversing the down trend and gaining again, and this coincides with the lower and lower volume in klse. So thats why i think this is just a last desperate push before turning back.

Of course i might be completely wrong. just my 2 cents. tongue.gif

USD/Yen rate is now trading below 100 right? but how can i differentiate whether it's USD that's softening or Yen gaining?

Market shooting upward without any solid fundamentals. Not sure how many small fishes going to get fried.

My bet price is artificially propped up for a massive sell when when the last quarter financial results are out later this month
*
but if the majority also believe in "feng shui" (as i noticed most of the lowyatians here already disposed his/her share)
who's actually buying & pushing the market now? i don't think there r so many dumb ppl around in the market rite? (if they knew they'll be "fried") tongue.gif
may b we r the one who miss the boat after all biggrin.gif

I see...... thx for the explanation. I thought there is a fail-safe system when you can't sell more that the shares you have......

I mean, everytime I want to sell my shares, it will say that I have xxx amount of shares left, or zero amount left.....

Can this happen to anybody?  hmm.gif

I think the 2.00 x1000 is incorrect. I also want to know the actual number.
*
if u bought AXIATA-OR let's say 1000 unit @ 0.585 today, u'll need to pay RM585 (exclude all those rubbish fees tongue.gif)
so to convert it to mother share u'll need to fork out another RM1120 (1000*1.12) ---> within 1 week normally else u gonna lose ur RM585 initially
in total u'll need to pay RM1705 (585+1120)
thus if AXIATA is now trading below 1.7, u might as well go & get AXIATA....

the 5 to 4 is applied to how many rights you will get, if you are holding Axiata shares before the ex-date on 10 Apr. U get 5 OR for 4 mother.

I think since there is no mention of any conversion ratio. We can assume that, when you are holding the OR, you will be able to buy 1 Axiata share at RM1.12 for each OR you hold.

not 8 Apr kah? hmm.gif
