UM3X already launched and available. Check head-fi.org
Asked one of the member using UM3X and tried CK100, look like my CK100 is spared from upgrade. Only improvement is bass quantity and little expansion in soundstage depth. |

wow...thats wierd...compared to the W3, the UM3X isint much of a hype huh?

That is the problem with head-fier's audiophiles Their words are sooo convincing... From their description, UM3X = PFE + bass quantity is mostly correct.

the clear UM3X looks better than the black W3...

UM3X similar to UM2, made in US. Colorado to be more specific.
And no, PFE nowhere near UM3X or in fact any high end IEM. It's purely hype by few jokers in head-fi. U know who they are... |

it seem UM3X has the soundsignature what i am looking for my 2nd pair iems, cleaner/clearer, huge soundstage like IE8, more bass compare with CK100, plus can go for semi customize with UM56. but still need for more review & hype to cool down 1st.
