he kept saying the systems over there were ok and running, so i told him send tech to check my house / exchange near it
he has the guts to REFUSE to send a technician to check my house
kept saying everything is ok and cannot simply send technician

Sometime the technician came to your house won't make things better.
Recently I suffer from slow download speed.
All the site I can only get not more than 5k/s.
So I call TM and make a report.
A technician came. He check with my PC.
He say they need to change 'port'.
After they change the 'port', my modem DSL lamp blink and can't surf any more.
He say they will change another one tomorrow and leaved my house.
Then about 5 days my modem keep blinking DSL lamp.
Today I call the technician many many times, now I get steady DSL lamp.
But the download speed still below 5k/s.
I phoned the tech, he said they change back the old 'port', and will check the problem later.
I feel cheated by them.
