My experience with TMnut Snailmix 512kbps is a nightmare.

Other than local sites such as LYN and their very own TM homepage, international sites which people always complained about such as Youtube, Google, etc. other international sites are barely surfable.

Sites such as Gamespot, online radio stations and BBC all takes minutes to fully load. Are they 56k comparable?

Record your screenshots and loading of webpages.

Then call for a press conference to demand explanation from their CEO and upper management people.

Days like "Sehari Bersama Pelanggan" are the best time to hentam their management for proper explanation.

Print them out and copy the image files/video into your thumbdrive(be sure to make backups at home)!

Hentam them will all those evidence and demand a good explanation.

Just don't forget. DO NOT use TMnet's very own Bandwidth Speedometer or local in-house test servers to test.
Do it with Singaporean, Taiwanese and Japanese servers.

Take my word, their own public test servers have be tweaked to give you excellent results which are biased/inaccurate.
Many cable isps in the US are already doing this such as Comcast with their Speed Burst solution which gives you burst up speeds for the first few minutes.

TM be prepared because you'll be answerable to the public.
