of course it works If not i wouldnt have posted here. The only problem is u need to know how to communicate with these peeps patiently . Get your tone down and dont try to be overboard. Make it sounds reasonable instead of just going out all on them. They are innocent because helpline are usually hired to be frontline eating all the customer's angry comment. It's their boss who is greedy and created so many screwed up problems. We shudnt be angry with them but this greedy boss and "the ones behind who is monitoring the company's funds". As we can see this helpline fellas are tryin to avoid everything helplessly by shooting us with bunch of troubleshoot question which is kind of stupid .

Such excuse is getting boring and they need new excuse for their last minute and lazy actions as well as covering up problems.

The customer service is innocent, yes its true. They are all TM staff who have to be sacrifice to shield off angry customers. That is why they have the lowest clearance on information and contacts. Any further conversation between us and them is based on the representative and they are not trained for it either. Conclusion? They could end up giving you the senseless solution ever.

I faced the worse where they said Streamyx isnt supported in Mac OSX 10.5 and asked me to change to PC and Windows, throwing in the Laptop and Streamyx line combo promotion crap to me.

Overall, i am bored of how things run locally and would rather spend my precious time seeking off-board jobs than waiting for the ever delay fix on the net.

so frustrated with Streamyx man!!! why do we get all the crappiest stuff in the world? Streamyx and Proton? while the rest of the world really get their money,income,salary worth every cents. damn streamyx!

actually singapore starhub recently also quite jialat, abit like streamyx, but at least they have a dependable alternative. our alternative all beginning good then later sucks

streamyx call center is the worse is the world...
