Kindly be informed that this issue will effect the Streamyx connection to become slow when surfing to the international website. Please note that our technical team is currently working on it and we will do our level best to rectify the problem occurred. Please be informed that the expected completion date of this issue is on 5th April 2009. We hope that you can give us some time to rectify the issue. i think my speed is good already.. can get full speed already download from megaupload with free account..

Directly call their hotline(1300889515) and say u r experiencing extreme slow connection connectin to overseas. If it's the dumb troubleshoot question they r telling u , juz slap them with the same crap sayin ur connection is not fixed even u have tried the troubleshoot. Explain to them it's the undersea cable that's the problem(since its their lie so use back on them) so resetting the port at their side or doing uncountless troubleshoot would not be any solution. Unless they dont even know what's wrong. Tell them u want a rebate for that month. By the way juz dial into the techline and after that tell them to transfer u to the bill department if it's neccessary. Or tell them to do everything for u since it's the problem that created.

trace the routing, & u'll be surprise.

i'm sure after that there will be a new service interuption, i'm willing to bet RM50.

We really should let Najib know that the failure of TM is going to cost BN alot of votes. Youth nowadays love their internets, and with the sad state our broadband is in right now, all that anger is going to be directed towards the government for protecting such an incompetent company.

Anyone know what's Najib website? I might just write something to him.

While it is all well and good to emphasize the culture of excellence, it must be noted that all the will in the world cannot bring about much unless we have the right tools and infrastructure in place. We are now in the internet age and the internet is imperative towards truly progressive development in all areas of our lives. The world is becoming increasingly smaller with the advancement of technology. There is no denial that we are dependent on efficient an internet connection to be at the top of the game. I believe that I do now speak only for myself when I wish to highlight the deplorable and frustrating state of the available internet connection that we have in this country. In fact, it took me so long just to load this site. I urge Dato' Sri to take up this issue and let us Malaysians see marked improvement in internet services to enable us to embrace this culture of excellence.
